I hope you had a great Christmas.
I sure did. I was more aware this year than ever before how grateful I am for my family. It feels great to be totally loved and accepted, which my family does really well.
Two of my daughter's favorite gifts this year are toys that replicate the real life experience of Susie Homemaker, both made by Hasbro.
Kaia seems to be naturally gravitating towards babies and baking even though I'm about as far as you can get from a domestic goddess.
While Kaia's playing mommy, I'm seeing business lessons that I just had to share with you.
Hasbro has identified the hidden dollars in their business and what they are doing has direct application to your business as well.
Do you know what they've discovered?
Tell ya what, let's make this fun.
I'll describe both of Kaia's favorite toys on my blog and if you post a comment (right or wrong) telling me what Hasbro knows about finding hidden dollars, I'll send you the marketing piece I'm working on for our upcoming bank seminar, which you'll be able to use in your own practice to get people to one of your seminars.
If you post the comment and you are right, I'll send you the entire marketing campaign as it was developed with my handwritten notes about why each piece of the lead generation letter was used. This is the kind of information that people pay 1000s of dollars to obtain.
I'll give you one hint here - the toys are Baby Alive, a baby doll that eats, pees, poops, laughs, cries, and sleeps and the Easy Bake Oven. You know the easy bake oven - it's back sans the light bulb for cooking.
Go on over to my blog and tell me what lessons Baby Alive and Easy Bake Oven have for your law business. I'll give you the answers tomorrow.
Oh, and tomorrow is the very last day for you to get your private coaching application in if you are committed to making 2007 the year that your practice becomes everything you've wanted it to be. More Money, Less Work, Less Worry and Stress, More Joy.
Email support@familywealthmatters.com for your application.
Dedicated to Helping You Love Your Practice,
~ Alexis
PS - I have a group coaching program starting in February for the people who aren't ready for private coaching. Group sizes will be limited and first priority will be given to anyone who applied for private coaching, but didn't get a slot.
It's quite possible the groups will be totally filled by people who applied for private coaching and didn't get a slot and you could be locked out if you didn't apply for private coaching, so if you've been considering any kind of coaching with me, private or otherwise, you should request an application from support@familywealthmatters.com today.

They have supplies that need to be purchased in addition to the toy (add-ons)

1. These products never go out of style - they can be updated, but they're always "classic".
2. They "engage" the child & foster learning and creativity.
3. They remind the buyer (Mom) of her own childhood - they're widely recognized & remembered.
4. They involve "cross-selling" - the child can migrate from one to another ("why don't we cook something for Baby"") - and they work together.

Forgot to add --- they're part of an integrated marketing strategy

Hasbro has a product that sets itself apart from the rest of the toy companies. And in the law practice we too have to set ourselves apart with our service and value we bring to the table.
