I've been immersed in database insanity for the past week and my head is about to explode!
I can't stand Time Matters and I've been exploring alternatives for my own practice that I'll share with you for your practice as soon as we've worked out all the bugs.
Check out my blog, Family Wealth Planning, to find out the details of my dream system and leave a comment about the details for your dream system so I can incorporate your wants into my search and development.
Don't know how to post a comment? Go here to find out.
I'm working with a web-based program right now that ties into my website, has an intuitive user interface, tracks marketing campaigns, manages continuity products, and manages leads/followup and conversion.
It's quite exciting because it means I can manage much of my marketing from home, which is good because I can't get much work "on" my business done at the office.
I get pulled into working "in" my business everytime I step into the office.
Do you know the difference between working "in" your business and "on" your business?
I learned about this important concept from consultant Stephanie Deweese (D.P. Group), who I paid nearly $15,000 to back in 2004 to consult with me on the growth of my business.
If you want to learn about this life changing concept (at least for me it was), go on over to my blog, Family Wealth Planning.
See you there!
Dedicated to Helping You Love Your Practice,
~ Alexis
PS - I'll be reviewing all of the private coaching applications I receive on December 26 and 27, so if you want in, request your application by sending an email to support@familywealthmatters.com now.

I am considering www.netsuite.com or creating a custom File Maker database. I want it to be "On Demand" also. I am basing my entire system around Getting Things Done type methodoligy (David Allen).

Brian, would you be interested in doing a teleseminar with me for Family Wealth Planning Institute members about managing law firm information in the best way possible to free up loads of time, which is really what we are talking about here?
If so, give me a call and let's get it scheduled for soon.
This is a topic that NEEDS attention.
