Revealed - the Secret Formula for Success!

I was talking to a friend of mine tonight who is the absolute definition of starving actor.

He's just finished filming a feature film, yet he's living on a friend's couch with literally not a dime to his name.

He knows he's going to hit it big and he's investing all his efforts in that direction, but so far there's not a whole lot happening that's paying off financially and he's getting
to experience the life of a homeless person.

It's kinda like that guy who made the movie Date with Drew.

He had literally $1000 to his name and he was using it to make a movie.

Anyway, while we were talking, I asked my friend why he isn't seeing any tangible results from his efforts (meaning $ in his bank account) and his answer gave me absolute clarity about the secret success formula that is responsible for every bit of success I've had thus far and all the success I'll ever have in the future.

Think about it - what's the common denominator between Brad Pitt in a chicken costume hawking El Pollo Loco and Mark Victor Hansen, who was facing bankruptcy at 26 and was turned down by 33 publishers until finally publishing the first Chicken Soup for the Soul in 1993.

It's that they were willing to keep showing up and plugging away under all circumstances.  Humiliating jobs.  Rejection.  Bankruptcy!

Would you be willing to go through all of that if it meant having everything you've always dreamed about in your life come true?

I would.

And, I did.

As an example, I took out a line of credit to build my business and went fairly seriously into debt.  I didn't have any special financial resources to make this happen.  I had to be willing to invest everything I had and more.  And, when I was most afraid, I moved forward.

I owe all of my success to these 5 simple principles that are known and followed by every self made successful person you know:

1.  Get very clear about what you want.  Keep your eye on the prize.

2.  Be willing to risk everything to get what you want.  And, keep your eye on the prize.

3.  Even when you can no longer see the prize because you've gone so far away from it, keep your eye on the prize.

4.  When you are most scared and afraid, keep going.  Risk more.  Double Your Efforts.  And, keep your eye on the prize.

5.  Experience the joy.  Embrace the prize with gratitude.

These principles linked together create a path that it seems to me must be followed to attain success.

That makes these 5 steps the Secret Formula to Success.
