Happy Monday
I spent my Sunday doing everything BUT what I had on my schedule, which was to finalize the presentations for the bank seminars this week.
I did end up finishing them before I went to bed.
But, while I was procrastinating I spent the whole day doing something I don't get to do often enough, but I really love when I do it and that is organizing my time.
As a single mom running multiple businesses I have to be mentally organized.
Lucky for me, my sister and technology guru Courtney Martin has been exploring a number of web applications that make it really easy to stay organized and be extremely effective, such as google desktop, google calendar, gmail, basecamp backpack and many others.
And, I'm now using many of these applications. In fact, I can see the day when we won't be using Time Matters at all and I'm absolutely thrilled!

The most beautiful thing about the system Courtney helped me put in place is that now I have the big picture overview of what's happening in my life and businesses and I can track everything right from my laptop no matter where I am!

Wow, what an amazing feeling!
Especially because I can still remember when I worried constantly about where the next client would come from. I even thought about getting out of the business because it was too stressful!
But, rather than doing that I kept my focus on developing systems that would allow me to run my business on auto-pilot, worry-free and they've paid off in spades.
I promise you I'm working as fast and as hard as I can to get these systems ready for you.
