No, the subject line is not describing the requirements of my next dream vacation.
Unfortunately, it's describing the current state of our office tele-communications and it's been that way off and on since Saturday! What a pain in the rear!
Fortunately, I can communicate with you and my clients through my dedicated CRM or customer relationship management system.
I've made a substantial investment of time and money in this CRM, but the cool thing about it is that it manages all of my marketing systems so that I never lose another lead or fail to follow up again.
AND, within the next 3 months it will be managing all of our internal client service systems including our membership program, which is integral to my being able to "close" my practice to new clients.
You don't need to invest in a CRM to track in your office. In fact, I've heard of people managing multi-million dollar a year businesses using index cards or Excel spreadsheets.
Personally, I tried managing my practice using Excel spreadsheets and it was okay, but not nearly as easy as a dedicated and customized CRM.
And when I've got it done, it's bye-bye Time Matters. Sainara. Auf Wiedersehen. Sorry to see you go. No more crashing. No more weird bugs. And, access to my systems from wherever I can access the internet. Ah, business nirvana.
Can you tell I can't wait to have another solution?
When we have it all ready, I'll tell you how you can get your hands on it.
