I wanted to get this email out to you right away as an example of an untapped market you can and should be reaching - Real Estate Agents!
I've actively reached out to real estate agents and have had great results.
1. Some agents make appointments immediately. We got 3 appointments scheduled out of my last marketing effort.
2. Each time I reach out to this community, I add approximately 20 agents to my "herd", who each get my monthly client newsletter (which you should be customizing and sending out to your "herd" if you are a member of the Family Wealth Planning Institute Inner Circle). Many of those agents eventually make apppointments to get their own planning taken care of with our firm.
3. Some agents keep my information and use me as a resource, which I welcome for situations just like the one I've forwarded to you below.

Hi Alexis, I work as an agent for Shorewood Realtors. I attended your seminar over a year ago. I was impressed by your presentation and decided to use your services if I had a need in the future.
I received a phone call today from an older lady of my community (Latvian). I advertise there that I offer all real estate related services. When the question is not related to selling/buying I refer people to my affiliates. Anyway, she has some question about a Living Trust. To be honest I could not understand it immediately and decided not to waste her time but refer her to you. I would really appreciate it if you called her. I believe that she has a trust but something has changed and she is not sure what to do. She did mention that her husband died about 14 months ago or so.
Her name is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. She is expecting your phone call. Please mention my name when you call and she will know what is in regards to.
